Public lecture/event 6: The Doppelgänger Parlour

“Kaldor Public Art Projects launches Parlour, a creative new space where art, music, film, performance and hands-on workshops come together to explore and engage with our projects at night.”

The Doppelgänger Parlour will include:

A special evening viewing of Thomas Demand’s new artwork “The Dailies”; “Lazy-Susan’s Half-Hour Speak-Easy”, conversations hosted by Adam Jasper; architectural interventions by AR-MA, Frank Minnaërt, and Nadia Wagner that will amplify the uncanny subterranean spaces of the CTA; “Miniature Modernism Model-making Workshop”: recreate the iconic Harry Seidler CTA building with lasercut building sets by Christen Meli; engage with UTS students in the “Performing Banality” studio;
